HomemadeCreators is a heahunting/recruitment firm that find, vets and places in-house creator talent into your company. Our creators work only for you. They embed and scale your voice, your brand, your mission. Our creators aren’t just “influencers.” They’re writers, video editors, TikTokers, LinkedIn builders, and brand storytellers ready to become part of your team. We help you turn them into your creative engine that drives real demand.
How long does the process take?
From role kickoff to signed offer, we typically place in-house creators in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and how quickly your team moves. However, in most cases, we have the fastest hiring experience for this role, from brief to placement in 2 weeks.
Can they work remotely or parti-time?
Yes. Many of our clients build distributed content teams. If you're looking for someone to be in-office or on-site (e.g. for behind-the-scenes or event content), we can source locally too. In terms of "contracting" or part-time creators, we do these only on strategic basis. We get access to the best creators because we have their best interests in mind as well. What are your pricing models?
Salaries vary by experience and channel, but expect ranges between $45k–$90k/year. If you want someone with multi-platform experience or previous brand-side work, lean toward the higher end. We charge a placement fee based on their annual compensation. We offer a replacement guarantee for the first 60 days. If something’s not working — fit, performance, or otherwise — we’ll help you find a better match at no extra charge.
